How We Entertain Children During Your Wedding

Our pop-up sensory room is thoughtfully designed to keep children engaged throughout your celebration:

• Interactive Play Zones: Featuring sensory toys, lights, textures, and activities tailored to children of all ages.

• Calm and Relaxation Areas: For younger children or those needing quiet time, we provide soft seating, soothing lights, and gentle sounds.

• ​Dedicated Supervision: While we provide the sensory equipment and setup, please note that Sensory Seekers does not provide childcare. We recommend hiring a local, trusted childcare provider to ensure that children are safely supervised while they enjoy the sensory room. Our team will set up and leave once everything is ready, and we’ll return to collect the equipment once your event is finished.

 

Special Touch: Sensory Goody Bags

Each child* who visits the sensory room will receive their own bag of sensory toys to take home, filled with small items like fidget toys, stress balls, and tactile surprises. We ensure that all toys are carefully selected to avoid mess – no slime, paint, or other messy items – so children stay clean and parents can relax. This thoughtful addition not only entertains kids during the day but also gives them a memorable, hassle-free keepsake from your wedding.

Our pop-up sensory room is completely customisable to fit any wedding venue, whether it’s a grand hotel, a cosy hall, an outdoor marquee, or a grass area.

We can set up both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the sensory room blends seamlessly with your venue. We’ll work closely with your event planner to ensure the setup complements your day perfectly, wherever it may be.
